Help please! Several reaper issues that I have had for I don't even know how long. Always? Searched for bug issues and couldn't find this.
Every time the reaper comes to my lot for the chickens he's always getting stuck. Sometimes testing cheats resetting him or the chicken or the coop works and sometimes it doesn't. However, my sim in this and every other household has never been able to 'plead' with the reaper for animal or sim as it is always grayed out before and after the reaping. Just put up with it.
Recently, I've had a new sim with death flowers in her inventory and tried giving the flower to the reaper when she died and I got the notification that it had been accepted and she had a second chance at life, but stayed a ghost while the reaper remained stuck on the lot as always and they both just stood around doing nothing. Had to exit without saving to avoid my sim staying dead as the last one in the household besides the horse and cat. This was before getting L&D and not sure if she was supposed to remain a ghost.
Just got L&D from the sale and installed it a day ago. Had not seen the option to challenge Grim before, but was able to challenge to chess, darts, foosball, or don't wake the llama. My sim who is mediocre friends with Grim challenged him to chess and he accepted. Then he reaped the horse and both just stood there and did nothing like when my sim tried pleading for her life before L&D. Now it just shows the option to 'plead' grayed out as always saying sim cannot plead with reaper before reaping lest you be reaped.
I haven't tested any of the new reaper interactions yet that came with L&D since I've only had it for about half a day so am unaware if there are more issues.
I have no cc or mods. Are these common issues?
