Can't reach selected fridge when Get Leftovers while there's inaccessible fridge

Game version: 1.117.227.1030 Symptoms: If a household lot is composed with multiple rooms that only allow specific group of sims and all include refrigerators, any "Get Leftovers" attempts will fail...

I’ve been annoyed by this for years. Sims can get books out of any bookshelves with no problems, but can only get leftovers out of the fridge it was put into. Either the fridges should share inventory completely or not at all.
