Vanilla test game. No CC. No mods.

So far as I know, you can't set a front door for a penthouse lot. Not sure if this is new or not. Not sure if this intended or not.

And yes the Welcome Wagon Neighbors just comes in.

The issue with Sims just wondering in may to have gotten worse. All of my San Myshuno penthouses are community lots, so I'm not really up on that. It might be related to NPC Sim invades homes.
