hey, nope. this time the same error highlighted the last name being disallowed (this is on the family box right before uploading to Gallery). That's after I changed the first and last name to single letters on her profile and wrote test in the description. Then changed "family last name" on that box to "S" and hit the upload button. the game then threw a new error code stating "Server Error. We could not process at this Gallery request. Please try again later.
Hm, strange. That error is supposed to be fixed.
Maybe the Sim has some bad data that won't allow it to upload. I take it you have the same issue when trying to save to the library ?
No, I can save to my library just fine.
OK. then send me the tray files via DM.
- Move your current folder to the desktop (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
- Start the game and save the Sim to the library
- Close the game and zip the newly created tray folder
- Upload to a files sharing site and make sure the link is public. DM me the link
- Copy the content of the tray folder on your desktop back to the newly created one to make sure you have all your library content back.

changing her is working fine for me in a new save. Tried both with the cheat and through the mirror.
Could you test her on a new save to see if it's an issue on that save only ?
Word of caution: I wouldn't change traits with the cheat. They are known to leave some residue of the old if you do that. Use traits.remove/equip cheats to change traits.
One quick question before I try that, this save also contains the other reported bug re teen and not being able to pay rent. She’s comes from this family before I added the new sim and split them up and moved to the new house. Probably nothing, just thought I should just mention that.
Okay,crinrict, this pops up now. I can still download with all packs used showing on the sim, and on the other sims. Loaded on and off lot and everything looks good.
