On PS5 after enabling testingcheats and then cas.fulleditmode and then o + x pressing on a sims the “Modify in CAS” option does not appear.
i had troubles not being able to enter full edit and eventually figured out i can just type cas.fulleditmode then have my sim go to a mirror and click change sim and then everything worked. probably not the fix you were hoping for but this is what i’ve done to get full edit to work

I had this issue to so I tried an old one Testingcheats True and it worked for the cheats that Testingcheats on was not registering so try that for sure! At this point I’m just using both and for the most part all my cheats are working now accept showhiddenobjects and showliveeditobjects hope this helps you wishing you luck!!
