Since the 9/18 update (1.118.242.1030) when adding traits, the tabs for traits shine continuously as if there are new traits there. The shining does not stop when I select the tab and scroll all the way down. I don't currently have any script mods installed but I do have a handful of CC hair & tattoos so I removed them, deleted localthumbscache and localsimtexturescache, repaired the game, and tried it out on a new save. That did not resolve the issue.
Admittedly a very minor bug that's only even visible in one menu that's really open for a few minutes tops, but I figured I'd report it anyway - I'm always curious to see whether or not it's just me. I tried searching but didn't find anything that matched this.
I kind of wonder if it's related to the event and might resolve itself once the upcoming new trait is unlocked.
