[CCSP] Crystal Grid Items Lost When Leaving Community Lot

If you place the Mystical Moonlight Crystal Grid outdoors on a community lot and start charging gemstones or jewelry on it, then leave the lot — either by traveling to another lot or by going to work/school — the Mystical Moonlight Crystal Grid returns to the Sim’s inventory, but the gemstones and jewelry being charged disappear.

Expected behavior:
When traveling to another lot, if gemstones or jewelry have been placed on the Mystical Moonlight Crystal Grid, they should also return to the Sim’s inventory — or, at the very least, remain on the same lot together with the Grid.

This bug has been present in the Crystal Creations Stuff Pack since its release.
Version 1.118.242.1030 (PC)
For verification, I deleted the Sims 4 folder from Documents, repaired the game through the EA app, and started a new game.
