Not sure if it's supposed to stay on those as work outfits are a bit special.
Up to Maxis to decide if this is a bug or not though.
Fair enough.
I find it odd that they made a crystal effect for work, but you must remember it each time between loading a save. Either way. Depending on the work length. You do need to recharge it sort of regularly anyway :)
