I own all eps up to for rent , 3 game packs and a few stuff and kit packs.
Also would really appreciate it if someone could tell me why I post is archived if it's not fixed and if I factory reset my game will my reward event be lost.

i have no mods in my game strictly vanilla. If you go into add a dog and select a german shepherd or poodle the breed does not change.
I did check the other post, this is anytime whether taking an existing house to cas or starting a new one. Also I have cleared the cache multiple times and still get the same result.
Does it happen as soon as you add something to search or does something trigger it (like going to paint mode) ?

Hello, apologies as i wasnt getting notifications. Yes I am still having this issue and no I do not launch into paint mode. When i go to create a family in CAS as soon as i select to add a dog whatever breed the random comes up with ends up staying with the current household, i have no option to change it or modify even if i select a random breed or if i look one up.
Really having issues understanding the issue, tbh. It would be great if you could add some pics of how it looks in your game.
The title suggests its' something that happens when you use search.
this is what I see when I create a new dog in CAS
and when I use search that's what I see
If this is when you take the dog back to CAS once it's placed in the game, you will likely need to use cas.fulleditmode to change the breed.
So of you add a let from a new house and select German shepherd as a breed then select poodle or pit bull for example they will still stay as the first breed you select. For example shelties are small dogs but they will still be the regular size of the big dog the game first populated. I will add pics
