When creating a new save file all of the normal npc pets are missing - like Katriona's cats in Brindleton bay. For one person they would show up on the picture, but not actually be in CAS or in game.
I'm not sure if this is actually mod related or not. The couple of us that have noticed do mod, but had the same thing happen when we loaded up a new save with no mods/cleared cache. I mentioned this to Luth, attaching mod lists here.

I can actually reproduce this in a new mod-free save! I don't think it's a mod issue. Please head to Bug Reports!
I also encountered the same problem. I even removed all the modules and reinstalled the game, but the problem still exists. If it is really a bug in the game, I will feel relieved.
