[CD] Sim can't work as vet when owning clinic (Label: Pet Owner)

Since the latest update my Sim that owns a vet clinic is no longer able to perform vet tasks at their Vet Clinic. When I hover over them they have the title of "pet owner" instead of "veterinarian"...
