[CD] Sims hold kitten/puppies awkwardly/get stuck to Sim after travelling

When travelling with a kitten, the Sim is holding it awkwardly and acts like she is not holding the kitten (does normal actions like use phone) and the kitten clips into Sime while walking. Once Sim...

does it only happen after travelling or also if you pick it up and do some interactions ? There's a similar report here: [CD] Sims get stuck picking up cat | EA Forums - 12614788 but there it's completely stuck. There's also a similar reports of toddlers/infants getting stuck to Sims.
Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please make sure to pick the appropriate thread tag for that info.

Does it only happen with kitten or also adult cats and/or puppies ?

Never used mods or CC. Happens only when traveling. Does not happen on adult pets because Sims don't carry adult pets when traveling. Using PC.

  What about puppies ? Do they have the same issue for you ?

    I did just test with puppies. 2 sims, 2 puppies. 1 was fine and the other had same issue on travel. (I actually never play with dogs/puppies only cats so I had to test).
