[CD] Up for Adoption! hover tip doesn't go away unless reload/travel

I adopted two dogs in my sims family, and it’s been a couple of sims days and the title above their name for adoption hasn’t left. The adoption went through, i named them and gave them last names but...

both dogs still have the tag, not just the one. it is only when i hover over them, its not in the corner

Does it persist if you reload the game or travel somewhere ?

    I just reopened the game after a couple days and it is gone. I guess it needed to restart. it was just that the title never went away when the event was over
