could you please remove everything from your report that's not about the celebrate action ?

There''s already a general report for this here: Interactions Getting Stuck in Queue | EA Forums - 12401399 which you can use for anything unspecific (please also send your save).

I'll also check with a Community Manager if they want a separate report for the celebrate or if the thread should be merged.
