Random sim in university, always the same sim, sometimes shows up with no hair and a black hole in her head. Seems to happen when she is part of a university activity but not when she is wearing her normal cloths. Will attach a CAS image of the sim and an image of how she looks in game when the bug is happening.
Got all sims 4 packs, currently playing with university but everything is installed. No mods or CC used, as I just don't trust the internet.
