Certain Items look broken/invisible (Intel Iris XE, DX9)

I've had the University Pack for a couple months now. But recently two items in the pack are driving me absolutely insane, I attached photos of them below. If they are placed or already on a lot they are completely invisible except for their shadow. If I try to place them in build mode the game completely crashes. Does anyone else have this problem? And is there a way to fix it?

remi2306​  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  Please try running the game in DirectX 11 mode, as described here:

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Dear sir/madam or whoever reads this, 

In my game there is several items that are invisible when placed inside but are completely fine outside. Items I have noticed this with are some showers, some bookshelf’s, wall cabinets for the kitchen and lockers. 
I have tried repairing my game and nothing changed it’s been like this for awhile now as I was hoping the next update would fix the problem. 

I do not use mods so this is not causing the problem.

p.s. it happens in build mode and live mode

I'm having this problem too for the first time. Any updates about it? I don't use any mods or CC.

I just want EA to know that I actually want this pack but haven't bought it in the last several sales because of this specific bug.  My laptop has IrisXE and I run the game in DX9 so I guess HSY isn't for me.

Certain objects like certain showers, lockers, and bookshelves disappear or are graphically messed up in laptop mode. Many other players have experienced this as well. I shouldn’t have to turn off laptop mode to be able to see certain objects in the game.

Issue:
High School lockers appear completely black when placed indoors on High School lots.
The lockers place and display correctly outdoors, but turn black immediately when placed inside a building.

This issue occurs even in:
- Brand new saves
- Fresh user folder
- Official High School lots from the Gallery
- After reloading the lot and restarting the game

Because lockers are required to validate High School lot requirements, the lot cannot be saved or used properly when lockers are broken indoors. This makes High School gameplay progression impossible.

What I tried:
- New save files
- Replacing the lot from the Gallery
- Reloading and restarting the game
- Removing all mods
- Repairing the game
- Placing lockers in different rooms and buildings

Result:
Issue persists consistently.
Indoor lockers remain black and unusable.

Expected Result:
High School lockers should display normally indoors and correctly count toward High School lot requirements.

Looks like the known issue but to be sure, could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

• Press Windows-Key + R
• Type: DxDiag
• Click on Save all Information.
• Attach the Text File to your post
