[CHEAT] Some Cheats Don't Work for Sims With Apostrophe in Name

Sims like Paka'a Uha or Alice Spencer-Kim can't be targeted by resetsim in the console because their names contain non-alphabetic characters (' and - in their cases, haven't checked for numerals or other non-alphabetic characters but presume it applies to any non-alphabetic character in a name.)

I don't know if there are any other console commands besides resetsim that target a sim by their name. It seems odd that players (and devs) can give sims names that can not be recognized by a console command.
