My sims had a child that was taken away due to neglect. I can't understand why, all her needs were fulfilled, i had no warning from schools. She had probably only been in school for around a week so i don't believe poor performance caused it. not sure if this is a bug? i have checked the manage worlds can't seem to find the sim. Is there any way of getting her back?

My sim's child has been taken away due to neglect but there was no neglect. Prior to her being taken away there was a notification that she is failing school (she had an A) and if she doesn't get her grades up then it will happen. She always had a good grade and all her needs were met.
