My sims had a child that was taken away due to neglect. I can't understand why, all her needs were fulfilled, i had no warning from schools. She had probably only been in school for around a week so i don't believe poor performance caused it. not sure if this is a bug? i have checked the manage worlds can't seem to find the sim. Is there any way of getting her back?

I deactivated the child's needs and used the cheat to fulfill all of their needs, and even reset them. But no matter what I do, the child is "rescued" from being neglected and removed from my game. There is nothing wrong with them and they are at full needs. I have tried repairing the game, but no matter what the same kid is taken away.
