Just recently started happening for me. I have mods, they are up to date, and it is the same child who keeps getting taken away. There is no notice about feeling neglected- the game just goes straight to the child is being whisked away and then the LD ghost choice pops up. I have turned off Culling with MCCC, made the child sim Uncullable and he is still being taken away. If I let the child be taken away, he doesn't show up anywhere in game. He has good grades, good needs, but using MCCC Log he has negative hunger.
