I was playing in my normal save household and all the sudden my child died? It said she was being taken away due to neglect, but then also asked me if I wanted to remain as a ghost or continue on. If you click "remain as ghost" the sim never actually comes back as a sim, she's gone from the household and there's no tombstone. My child was in happy mood and there was no reason to take her away.
Troubleshoot I've Tried:
- I've disabled Custom Content and Script Mods
- I've repaired the game through the EA app.
- I've deleted my local cache from within the Sims 4 File
But nothing has worked and now all the other children in my household have died. Any ideas on how to fix this please? I can't play with families if it kills them off
