Also having this issue. I've uninstalled all my mods but still happened. Even saved the family to the gallery and started playing in a new save file, but the child still gets the taken away for neglect notification and the death pop up appears. She's a grade C student, needs fully met. Just died/got taken away whilst on summer camp.
