My child sim, who has a C grade and her needs met, is getting taken away for neglect; I am simultaneously getting the death notification asking if I want to keep her as a playable ghosts (but even if I select playable ghost she disappears anyway). This seems to be unavoidable. After it first happened I quit without saving. I have subsequently uninstalled all of my mods and cc, I have also saved the family to the gallery and started playing with them in a new save. However, the exact same problem has just happened again whilst she was on a getaway at Camp Gibbi Gibbi. Given I have removed mods and this is a new save file, I'm concerned this will become an issue with all child sims, making the game essentially unplayable for me as I mostly do family gameplay.
