Since the last update, all my kids have been dying, and there is no neglect. I even deleted the family and added them to the save. I sent them to camp, and the Grim Reaper came. It took the kids one by one, only leaving the infant. It's difficult to enjoy the new pack because I don't have any child Sims to use the new features.
