Ideas
One of my child sim was taken away due to neglect during a wedding but I was not playing their household. When the wedding was finished I tried to find out what had happened. The child was nowhere to be found. He appeared in the family tree. But it was as if he disappeared. I have mods so I thought maybe it was a mod-related issue, but then I found this thread and thought to mention it here.
