This bug happened again with another child. At first, I received the message that the child was being neglected which was not happening. After a few hours the child was gone. This time it happened while she was on camp. She was taken away twice. After the second time, I went directly to her parents' house and waited for her to come back from camp. Then it has never happened again. In my case, this bug has never happened at home. I've had it once during a wedding and, now, on a custom venue lot. Maybe this is important.
