Children die/taken away due to neglect despite not being neglected

Hey can anyone help me?

Both my children sims in my legacy challenge that I'm playing both have been taken away due to neglect because of their grades even though they both have A grades in school; this occurs around 6pm every Sunday after New Years Eve before they start up school again. I have gotten rid of a school mod as my game was lagging after the update and since it's gone now I don't know what's causing my sims to get taken away.

Yeah, both of my sim kids keep getting whisked away for no reason a few days after I get the warning notif about their grades. I’m not getting the death screen after they get taken though.

I tried again in a different save but it seems to be attached to the sims themselves

They keep taking away my super sim and I’m already like 15 hours into the challenge 🫩

My sim's daughter is an A student with all her needs met, there haven't been any issues. Just now she became an A student and then I got this pop-up saying social services might need to intervene? I play on long life span with no script mods. I have never had this happen previously. 

My household had 2 children at the time of the most recent update. The older one was an A student and their needs never dropped below yellow and I got a popup that if their grades didn't improve they would be taken away due to neglect. They aged up before they were taken away.

The younger child was a B student when they got the same popup and their needs have also never dropped below the yellow range. They went to school, became an A student, came home, did their homework and filled their needs and were still taken away due to neglect. 

I had mods and CC installed so I went to a previous save and removed mods and CC and still had the issue. I've never had this issue prior to the February 20th update.
