I wish this would get fixed. It gets tedious to adjust the affected features to match the parents. And it gets annoying when you play with genetics and nose shapes that are not even close to either parent appears as a result. I don't think Sims 4 genetics are as complicated as Sims 2, so I have no idea where these noses or other features are coming from.
