I am a vanilla sims 4 player. I rarely use CC or Mods and this happens all the time! I play mainly legacy saves and I try not to alter the sims too much except to fix their chins and noses. I’d be delighted if this gets fixed as genetics are a pretty big part of playing in a legacy save.
