I get this bug too, we all do. It's not a matter of mods or add ins, it's very upsetting for those of us that play the legacy challenge it would be lovely to get it fixed. For a game that charges almost 2000 dollars in order to get all expansions this bug as well as the many others is just plain shameful.
Do better by your community EA.
