[CL] 1313 21 Chic Street: Tape outline of a Sim appears over the rug

I moved a Sim to this apartment in the Fashion District of San Myshuno and immediately noticed how the tape outline is overlayed on top of the rug that comes with the original apartment. I did not do any modifications, did not even enter build mode. This is how it looked when I loaded in.

I remember this outline being hidden under the rug (the player would have to remove or move the rug to see it), and looking at old footage of this apartment confirms this. It also just makes logical sense, because why would you have an outline such as this displayed so visibly on top of the rug? The story that was made for this apartment is that it's suspiciously cheap and you wouldn't why at first when you move in. Only after moving the rug would you notice it. This bug sort of messes up the whole story.

I first noticed this when I created a brand new save, with no mods or CC installed, and moved a Sim in to the apartment.

I also checked out some of my other save files and the issue is present in them as well.

It does fix itself when you move the rug and put it back, but it still goes against what the developers had originally designed for this apartment.
