[CL] 888 Spire Apartment: Sim can't go upstairs/Stuck in mid-air

Do you have any objects blocking the elevator (upstairs or downstairs) ?  Did you have a harvest fest ? Gnomes sometimes spawn seed packets into the elevator, blocking it.

nope! i saw nothing blocking it... but if it happens, how can i view what's blocking the elevator without the camera bouncing me up and down?

You could travel to a different lot and then check out the entrance that way.

Not really, it's also affecting non-household sim. I gave some apt keys to family members, they often have "Friends Hangout" but one of them is prone to get stuck mid-air like the screenshot, in this case my Sim's father. I was gonna save the game but then saw the button greyed out because a Sim is dying and my hunch was right that the father is now blue skinned. 

But Grim can't even reap him bc he's stuck mid-air LOL

So I had to exit without saving, and each time this happens I had to use MCCC to teleport the stuck Sim somewhere safe.

Since this is on hold I'm just gonna say: To reproduce this bug simply send your Sim downstairs (order food from stall, talk to someone outside, go jogging, etc) and then click the Go Home button on their portraits if they are still outside. Then watch as they get stuck mid-air while trying to "teleport / vanish" inside their home.
