[CL] 'Chat about work twice with coworkers' not working (Patch 1.120.111)

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  Do you have the issue if you don't play a scenario as well ? Which scenario are you playing when this happens ?

No mods, no cheats, clean game. I've gone as far as switching jobs in a different household and  playing from that household to see if it's an option. No dice. It's not a big deal as my sim still got the promotion - it's just a little frustrating. I guess I'm not playing a scenario, I'm just trying to check off all the work from home assignments for this particular job.

I have trouble with this task as well (on PS5 so no mods) - I think the issue is that only a couple specific interactions complete this task and it's not really clear what they are. None of the ones mentioned in the tooltip for the task are available for me. The ones that usually work in my experience are "Gossip about co-workers" and "Complain about work".

"Discuss work" somehow doesn't complete it, which doesn't make any sense...

This is still an issue. Either the options aren't showing up when I have the Sim talk to their coworkers. Or if I see something like "Gossip about Coworkers" or "Discuss work", they don't trigger the completion of the work from home task. I've run those two commands several times and my sims work from home assignment still reads 0/2.
