[CL] Cutaway Walls Not Fully Raising in Apartment 1020 (Alto Apartments)

When setting walls to “Walls Up” in Apartment 1020, the expected behavior does not occur. The wall cutaway system partially remains active, leaving behind the distinctive V-shaped cutaway wall sections instead of fully restoring solid walls.

Expected Result

• All walls should fully render when “Walls Up” is selected
• No cutaway sections or visual gaps should remain

Actual Result

• V-shaped wall cutouts remain visible even when walls are set to fully up
• Walls appear partially cut away despite the correct wall setting
• This creates visual inconsistency and breaks immersion in both Build/Buy and Live Mode
