When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...

jennythefoxybee Your operating system has a text editor (TextEdit) built in. If you double-click the file, it should just open in TextEdit. If it doesn't, right-click the file and select Open With, then choose TextEdit. It should be one of the default options.
