Hi,

After the latest update of The Sims 4, I am unable to travel to San Myshuno in the City Living expansion. When I try to go there, the screen turns completely white and the world does not load. I don’t have any mods or CC installed, have tried repairing the game multiple times, and deleted cache files. The issue is still there if I create a new game. What do I do?
