checked out your save and for me it doesn't even load to the map which is not something I've seen before

Few questions for you

Are you using cloud storage such as iCloud or oneDrive ?
have you never used mods/cc on this save or remove them ?

I don't use cloud, but I think I used a few mods like years ago and deleted it (maybe not successfully), a few cc I still have

thanks. I've compared the LEUI I got with your save to the one from the white screen one and it looks like it's the same issue. Seems yours just acts a bit differently.
