[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

I am facing the same issue too. I can play the current Sims family living in San Myshuno but I could not switch households or load San Myshuno map from Manage Worlds. So my saved game is busted.

I could access all the other towns except for San Myshuno. I believe it is because I had previously converted the Penthouse to a residential rental property using cheats. Game was working fine until this latest update! How do I even convert the property back to Residential if I can't even access San Myshuno? The error message generated is the same as the player above me.

Can EA please look into this bug and fix it soon?
