Symptom
When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...
Ideas
I managed to fix mine. I don't have anyone living in the rental apartment at the moment so I created an event at a nearby community lot. Let the game auto transport me when the event begins. Then I followed the steps below. My game is working now however lost the apartment rental. We shouldn't have to do this to fix it but I can't wait to see if EA will fix it.
I managed to fix mine too by downloading an earlier save and following the steps I saw posted here somewhere!
