When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...

Hello,
I don’t usually write on these but i don’t know what else to do. So lately when i try to open the game it wouldn’t start I would have to restart five times before it would load however since the update before the pack came out it’s been loading pretty fine so thanks for that.
When I try to travel to a different world San Myshuno to be exact a blank white screen appears and won’t load. when I try to back out to pick another world it grey’s out and I would have to end up quitting the game and restarting. This is frustrating because some sims that are apart of my story line live in that world and I can’t access. I should be able to access this world and I’m unsure what is causing this issue since I play on console.
I also found that a bigger household lags or is more prone to crash when traveling as opposed to a household with 3 to 4 Sims but the same issue happens no matter what household I use I can’t access that world
I'm having similar issues
I’m having the same exact issue except it’s the love struck world that my sim is stuck in and I can not travel w her. I try to go home and the screen turns all white so I have to restart. I wish you, EA, would actually care about this game!!
I was reading the concerns other people were having and it’s seems as though those two worlds people seem to be having issues with. Hopefully they can fix this issue.
I just had the blank white screen issue. I was on a getaway and it ended but i didnt get the option to extend or go home. So i "called" the travel on the phone to go home. When my sims got home my menus were all gone. It looked like i was in free camera mode but i wasnt. So i clicked to go to the world and got a blank white screen. Couldnt exit the game, nothing. Had to force quit. I also cant get back into the game? I was having that issue since 2 updates ago but it seemed to have been fixed with the most recent update.
im also having the same issue with the white screen when trying to switch to san myshuno. it makes my whole game freeze and need to be restarted. even after i restart it im not able to open san myshuno at all
