Symptom
When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...
Ideas
After the update on 18 September, I haven't been able to load a save where I have a residential rental in San Myshuno penthouse (fountainview penthouse). I can load my other saves and make new ones, but if I turn the penthouse into a residential rental, new save files will break as well.
The broken saves will just load forever, and I can't even get into manage worlds. I have tried to repair the game, update and remove mods, and even reinstall the game completely, but nothing works.
It seems that residential rentals do work on a regular lot (not penthouse).
The problem still persists after the October 2 patch. I tried to attach lastUIException.txt but it gets removed so here's the error:
