[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

Hello, 

I don’t usually write on these but i don’t know what else to do. So lately when i try to open the game it wouldn’t start I would have to restart five times before it would load however since the update before the pack came out it’s been loading pretty fine so thanks for that. 

When I try to travel to a different world San Myshuno to be exact a blank white screen appears and won’t load. when I try to back out to pick another world it grey’s out and I would have to end up quitting the game and restarting. This is frustrating because some sims that are apart of my story line live in that world and I can’t access. I should be able to access this world and I’m unsure what is causing this issue since I play on console.

I also found that a bigger household lags or is more prone to crash when traveling as opposed to a household with 3 to 4 Sims but the same issue happens no matter what household I use I can’t access that world
