[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

Ever since then update.And a new save it is OK. Everything is fine but in my old size if I travel to San Myshuno it’s an never-ending white screen and I can’t get out of it. Even when I click the world, it’s a white screen. I’m just stuck and I have to exit the game.  I’m on PS 5 no mods.
