[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

Basic Info Platform: PC/Mac Mods: No Game Version: 1.118.242 Symptom When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...

When I click on the penthouse to enter it after the event in the Fashion District  ends, an infinite loading window appears (no one lives in the penthouse anymore and it's sold).

Same issue here. Any solution yet? I can empty the penthouses, make an outing to the neighborhood, and end the event...but when I try to click the problem building and visit, it never loads. Really don't want to wipe my save.
