[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

When traveling to, or just selecting the world, Ciudad Enamorada will not load. Additionally, the UI is busted if I select/travel to CE. I cannot click the world select icon or the manage worlds icon, as the latter is completely absent.
