Symptom
When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...
Ideas
When I try to access the San Myshuno map from the Manage Worlds tab or from the travel tab on a sim's phone, this blank screen appears. This issue started after the update. I tried repairing the game, but the issue did not resolve. I do not use any mods or CC, though I do have many packs. I play on MacOS.
