[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

Whenever I try to load San Myshuno or Ciudad Enamorada I get a white screen and it crashes my game. I still have access to the menu and to exit the game but the rest of the game doesn’t respond. Looking at the forums it’s something to do with having residential rentals on penthouse lots but I can’t get to the worlds to get rid of them!
