[CL] [LS] White Screen/Endless Loading when loading world with penthouses

Since a few weeks my town "Ciudad Enamorada" is broken. I cant enter the town, sims cant get invited by sims living in that city.

I tried it without mods - still doesnt work

i deleted all cache related files - still doesnt work

repaired sims 4 several times via Origin - still doesnt work

That world was my main gameplay, i spent hours and weeks for the lots and sims. And now it is supposed to be all gone?? Can someone please help me because im getting desperate.
