My Sims are no longer able to participate in any city life events. I can't travel there- it becomes a white screen and the only way out it to cancel the travel. My Sim that lives there isn't playable. It shows on main world screen but you cannot go there. This is the first year I've ever had any issues with playing Sims4.

What's going on? Do you need to reset the program? I've tried to do the EA fix bugs on startup but it didn't work.
