Symptom
When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...

This started happening ever since the update I even reinstalled the Sims 4. Tested with no Mods my game does not crash but it becomes un responsive (white screen). Which forces me to Task Manager out. How to solve this problem I seen a previous post with someone saying not to use residential rentals on penthouses. But I just wanted to start a New Save
This started happening for me. I had not played since early September and installed all the latest updates, purchased the adventure awaits and cleansing and autumn apparel pack. Whenever I try to open San Myshuno, either from the manage worlds screen, traveling, or in a new game, I get a blank white screen. Other worlds seem to work ok. No mods.
